A 4-week live program teaching the seven TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) that create the conditions for your body's own natural release response — and the awareness to work with whatever happens next.
Maybe you already know your body isn't broken. Maybe you've done the work of understanding that tension, bracing, and holding are protection, not failure.
Knowing that is real. It's also not the same as feeling your body actually do something different.
This is where the reframe becomes a practice.
Activating the Neurogenic Tremor is a small, live, four-week group program built around the Pillars of Embodied Wellness — introduced one by one, week by week — and the seven Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®), a simple sequence that can help create the conditions for your body's own neurogenic tremor, an involuntary movement response your nervous system is already capable of.
Over four sessions, Sarah will guide you through the framework and the exercises live, teaching you how to work with what comes up — recognizing your own signals, pacing yourself, pausing when needed, and building the confidence to eventually practice on your own.
This isn't about forcing your body to release, and it isn't about making something happen. It's about learning to create the right conditions — and building the awareness and agency to meet whatever your body does next.
WHAT HAPPENS ACROSS FOUR WEEKS
Each week introduces the next pillar of the Embodied Wellness framework, building in sequence. You'll move through the practice at your own pace, with plenty of room for questions along the way.
Week 1 (Nov 9): Discover
This week's pillar: Context Shapes the Body. After an introduction to the Pillars of Embodied Wellness, you'll be led through the seven exercises and learn to work from felt intensity — with titration and stop cues taught from day one.
Week 2 (Nov 16): Listen
This week's pillars: Protection is Adaptation and Capacity Creates Change. Build awareness of your own signals — including the normal experience of asymmetry — and pace the practice to your capacity.
Week 3 (Nov 23): Connect
This week's pillar: Everything is Connected. Widen the lens beyond the exercises themselves and notice how this practice relates to the rest of your life.
Week 4 (Nov 30): Practice
This week's pillar: Flexibility is Health. Move independently through the full arc — activate, work with, pause, integrate — and explore your next step.step.
A NOTE ON WHAT YOUR BODY MIGHT DO
Some bodies respond with visible movement. Others respond quietly — with stillness, warmth, vibration, swaying or subtle shifts that are easy to miss if you're looking for something bigger. Both are the body doing exactly what it's doing. There's no correct response to have, and tremoring may or may not happen for you in any given session.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for you if you're curious about neurogenic tremoring and ready to learn it live — whether or not you've taken Introduction to the Body Beneath the Bracing first. There isn't a required order here. If you already know you want to learn the practice, you can start right here.
WHO THIS ISN'T FOR
This program isn't psychotherapy, physiotherapy, or medical treatment, and it isn't a substitute for individualized care. If you have a health condition that could be affected by physical exertion, involuntary movement, or emotional intensity — including seizure disorders, cardiac conditions, pregnancy complications, or recent surgery — please check with your healthcare provider before joining. If you're in acute crisis or need clinical support right now, this program isn't the right starting point — please reach out to a licensed provider first.
